Summer Reservations:
Definition of Summer Season: the summer season is considered to begin with the last weekend in April and end with the last weekend in October
Types of Reservations:
Standard Reservation (STD): booked at any time for the Standard Reservation for weekends or weekdays and open to all members (who may bring guests) on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if one week prior to a weekend the lodge is still open (no reservations have been made), the lodge may be reserved for a member’s private usage. Pricing is the same as the previous winter season’s rates. Standard winter cancellation policy also applies for standard summer reservations. Members will be responsible for their guests.
Standard Reservation Weekends are:
• June: Check in 6/25- check out 6/27
• July: Check in 7/23 check out 7/25
• August: Check in 8/20 check out 8/22
Member’s Group Reservation (MGR): this type of rental may be booked for any available MGR weekend throughout the summer season. This may be a “private” reservation where only guests of the reserving member are allowed up to the lodge for the specified weekend.
However, if two weeks prior to a weekend the lodge is still open (no reservations have been made), the lodge may be reserved for Standard Reservation. Members will be responsible for their guests.
Payment:
Payment MUST be received at the time of booking and the member booking the weekend will be responsible for the lodge and their guests for the weekend. Club members can use any remaining pre-paid lodging during the summer season by applying them (dollar value) to any form of summer reservation/rental.
Rates:
For MGR: Price is $300 per weekend (Friday and Saturday night). Single night reservations (i.e. just Friday night) are not allowed. Single night rates (Sunday through Thursday) are $100 per night. For STD: Price is the same as the winter rates, $19/$14 for members (adult/under 18) and $29/$25 for guests (adult/under 18). Names of all guests must be given to the reservations chair prior to the reserved weekend.
Cancellation Policy:
For Standard Reservations:
The same cancellation policy for winter reservations will apply to summer reservations.
For MGR type or Special Request: Cancellation notice received one (1) month out from reserved weekend/date: a full refund will be given. Cancellation notice received less than 1 month out, but more than 2 weeks out from reserved weekend: ½ of the full cost of the reservation will be returned. Cancellation notice received less than 2 weeks out from the reserved weekend: no refund will be given.
Requests for exception to this policy must be submitted to the Board of Directors.
